  • Subject to Stock Availability: We strive to keep our website’s stock counts accurate, but discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and notify you about backordered items.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit. You will be notified via email. We will refund the value of the returned goods but not the shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

Once we receive the returned items for a warranty claim, we will process them within 7 days. You will have the option of a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

4. Delivery

4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments take 3 – 5 days.

4.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address: Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.

4.5 Military Address Shipping: Military addresses are shipped using USPS.

4.6 Items Out of Stock: Out-of-stock items will be dispatched once available.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us if delivery time exceeds the estimate.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive tracking links to monitor shipment progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged, reject it if possible. If delivered, contact our customer service.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to displayed prices.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are prepaid.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage according to the courier’s stated value.
